As Client Relationship Manager, Margaret is dedicated to enhancing the overall client experience. She plays a key role in overseeing and managing the organization's interactions with clients. Her responsibilities center on building and maintaining strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction, and promptly addressing any needs or concerns that arise.
Margaret leverages advanced technology applications to communicate efficiently and expedite service requests, resulting in a timely and professional response to clients. Through these efforts, she ensures that clients consistently receive attentive service and feel valued throughout their partnership with the firm.
Outside of her professional responsibilities, Margaret has been a resident of Sugar Loaf, NY for many years, where she and her husband John have raised three children. Both are actively engaged in their local community, supporting the local music and culinary arts. As empty nesters, they now devote much of their time to travel. Margaret enjoys cooking, gardening, reading, and often spends time outdoors with their dogs, Layla and Coda.
