Our Process

Information Meeting

During our initial meeting, we will thoroughly discuss your overall financial goals, your views on market risk, and your experience as an investor. Our analysis is comprehensive, so you should bring to the meeting the most recent version of your important documents, such as:

  • Income tax returns
  • Statements for your bank accounts
  • Statements for your investment accounts
  • Statements for your retirement accounts (401k, 403b, etc...)
  • Statements for your insurance policies (life, disability, long-term care)
  • Wills, power of attorney documents, health care proxies, trust documents
  • Any other documents that you would like reviewed as part of our analysis

Presentation Meeting

Acting solely in the best interests of our clients and with undivided loyalty, we will deliver a customized plan that reflects your specific goals as discussed in our Information Meeting. Your plan will integrate investment recommendations, retirement income and distribution planning, risk management and insurance planning, and family wealth planning.

After presenting and thoroughly explaining our recommendations, we ask you to sleep on things and consider any questions you may have before making any commitments. Upon your approval and satisfaction, we will proceed to implement your financial plan while keeping you involved in the process every step of the way.

Review Meetings

Performance of your portfolio and its underlying investments will be monitored and reported on an ongoing basis. We will conduct periodic review meetings with you to assure that your plan is adapting to financial markets and any life changes. If adjustments to your plan are necessary, our advice and recommendations are conducted in a thorough and prudent manner, and implemented with your approval in order to keep your financial plan on target.
